I have 9+ years of experience in fine-dining and casual-dining establishments. This ranged from Michelin * restaurants, to upmarket bistros, to casual Michelin Guide establishments. This has brought me exceptional attention to detail and task management skills, all done with a positive energy.
Gastronomy and food has always been a passion of mine from an early age. My experience in the service industry started with my first job at the age of 16. Since then, I have been fascinated by the beautiful, pure, and diverse resource's nature has to offer.
The techniques used to both produce ingredients and create dishes have stimulated my curiosity and kept me learning. Throughout my time in restaurants I have developed both a fascination and love for wine. This has led me to frequenting local wine shops to broaden my knowledge.
Additionally, I was chosen as a finalist for the Irish Times Amateur Wine Enthusiasts competition. This passion for wine is something I want to continue to build on.
