4+ years experience in sales and customer service, an additional 4+ years working in the F&B sector in various managerial roles. I have experience working Retail, restaurants, hotel, outdoor and many other working environments.
I am also a passionate musician and have practised 20 years and taught for the last 10. I make online music content, create and release my own music. Im a very energetic and social person, I also commit a lot of my free time to the gym and multiple different sports like hiking, cycling and football and snowboarding.
My responsibilities include greeting guests, serving food, bussing tables, making drinks, preparing the restaurant for open & close and always providing the customer with an excellent experience
My day to day activities include:
November 2019 to October 2020
My role here was to assist with the entire running of the restaurant. I would both open and close the entire building by myself; this would include closing the bar and cashing up at the end of the day. I was also in charge of stock takes, ordering and training new staff members for both serving the floor and serving drinks/cocktails at the bar. I also spent time cooking in the kitchen due to absences from our head chef at the time.
I was employed here as a bar supervisor however my job here very quickly changed due to the previous bar managers departure. I took over all the roles of the bar manager during my time at the restaurant. This included: opening and closing the entire restaurant, ordering stock, taking bookings, serving food and drink, staff training and new staff interviews.
At first my job here was as a simple customer sales assistant, though due to my keen interest in cycling and knowledge and understanding of bikes, I was moved into the cycling departure to help repair and build new bicycles. I would make on the spot repairs for broken cycles and I would also build new order that would come in all while continuing to serve customers on the shop floor.
