I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for over 35 years specializing in Front of House Areas. I love engaging with Customers, being organized and ensuring data is up.to date and easy to find to ensure Customer Service can be delivered to the best professional & friendly manner.
I was also a Hotel School Lecturer & I have done Training Courses so I am passionate about Training others and seeing them grow to their full potential. I am a qualified assessor in Hotel Reception and that is where I found my passion for training and being organized with skills as I assessed students according to certain defined outcomes. I therefore enjoy administrative duties that have key results for the organization and to the customers who will benefit from that. I have empathy and enjoy engaging with others.
