I have a solid background involving in-building radio survey, installation and commissioning projects. I have over 25 years experience in the RF industry. This includes projects involving passive and active Distributed Antenna Systems, analogue and digital active RFoF systems, small cell, Cell-fi quatra and dedicated base station multi technology designs.

I am fluent in reading and understanding iBwave Designs and the various technologies and components, Office 365, predominantly MS Word & Excel.

In my own company, and companies which I have worked for, I always believed in imparting my knowledge and experience to employees and work colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage a range of multi operator projects and taking ownership of the technical specification and ensuring delivery is on time and within scope.
• Remote and local troubleshooting of in-building dedicated, RFoF, & Small Cell deployed solutions. Liaising with both the client and colleagues.
• Produce, review, and evaluate detailed commissioning reports and handover reports.
• Be an integral member of the Survey & Design team.
• Provide support through build & acquisition to ensure a smooth delivery.
