I have worked in Early Years for 24 years including roles as qualified nursery nurse, class charge, unit supervisor and in recent years part of the management team. And I love being able to make a positive impact on children's lives. My career goal now is to apply my skills and experience to a wider range of settings to help them benefit by developing high standards and high quality environments and activities for children to thrive.
