I work in above travel agents every Saturday, answering phones, contact customers regarding their account, record messages and deal with anyone calling in to the shop enquiring about holidays and collecting their tickets etc for their holidays.

Work Experience/Volunteer at H.E.A.R.T. Project (2023-10 – Present)

In October 2023 I carried out a week's work experience at the above project. Since then I have volunteered in between my studies and continue to do so.

• Involved in a health fair, Wheely Wednesdays which is a cycling for all abilities with different types of bikes to suit the ability
• Went on an away day with an older women's group
• Helped and spoke to clients who were taking part in their weekly Cancer Rehab class
• Answered and directed phone calls, photocopying, arranging appointments, plus other administrative duties
• Helped with health fairs, the cycling and overall duties where needed
