A commercially astute Programme Manager / Senior Project Manager for over ten years from a strong delivery background with a significant track record of successful delivery across the full project lifecycle within a number of sectors to include Housing Association, Local Authority, Finance, Property IT, HR, Marketing and Supply Chain. 5+ years of hands-on software implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics Solutions and Oracle solutions and proven ability to successfully deliver cross-functional business projects, to time and budget.
Experience of delivering client facing programmes for a Microsoft Dynamic Gold Partner. Portfolios of work have consisted of complex IT, Change Management, Finance, AMS, ERP, HRIS, CRM, PowerApps and Microsoft Azure migrations. Strategic lead to embed and develop project management tools and methodology in adherence to corporate requirements.
Recruitment, procurement and management of professional service resources and managing third parties. Strong communicator across all levels and disciplines with competent leadership and resource management skills. Successful management in diverse operational areas utilising matrix management.
Provided project management expertise to ERP, HR and CRM technical upgrades and system integrations across industry sectors experience to in Healthcare, Retail, eCommerce, Automotive, Financial Services, Utilities, Aerospace, Higher Education and Local Government. An understanding of device deployment to include tablets and PEDs across retail estates, Toughbooks. Migrations to new payment platforms, CRM and ERP software implementations and working within Retail deploying technology within stores.
