• Growing and banking of more than 8 cell lines for the GenomeMET project and HNPCC Standard Replacement Project
• Create SOP for growing cells and cleaning procedures in the lab
• Conduct ddPCR for CNV analysis
• Support the maintenance and day-to-day running of the lab
