• Assisted in coordinating production schedules, ordering and outlet deliveries to facilitate daily requirements and ensure cost control
• Trained subordinates in all aspects of operations
• Operated equipment such as Selmi chocolate tempering and enrobing machines, pastry catering equipment (e.g. Firex cooking pot, pastry depositor, tart lining machine) and ChefCut waterjet cutter
• Mentee for the UK Pastry Team: assisted the team in the 2023 Coupe Du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon, where they placed 4th
