I have been working with vulnerable young people and their families for over 10 years, mostly in educational settings but also within their home and more recently in a clinical space. I also offer therapy to adults, the therapy includes talking therapy and eco therapy.

I am passionte about helping people through a lens of modelling self compassion and offering empathy, I am a good team player and go the extra mile. I am a registered member of the BACP.

I currently work as a trauma informed therapist offering spaces to students from a SEN school and their families as well as running my own private practise where I offer 1:1 therapy for a range of people and different issues - I have worked there for 4 years.
