I am a hard working individual, I have the ability to communicate effectively with others which I believe is essential within a job like this. Whilst also being good at communicating I work well with others which is beneficial when having to work as a team. I provide outstanding customer service at all times and others which include dealing with people’s queries and complaints. • As a hotel receptionist I deal with enquiries and room reservations made online. I use a computerised system to check guests in and issue the key to their room. I then provide guests with clear directions to their room I offer guests information on restaurants and fast food places around the vicinity. I also deal with all enquiries and complaints the guests may have

I attended pontefract new college in 2017 and gained the qualifications of distinction* in health and social care I also achieved a grade 4 in maths and English language
