I have many years' experience of managing projects, stakeholder management, business engagement and developing strategies. My biggest interest is in workplace health and wellbeing (including company culture, onboarding, sickness absence reduction).

Project Manager (Evolve Futures project):
Leading a complex £2m Shared Prosperity-funded project, overseeing budget management, stakeholder engagement, team supervision, and evaluation.
Impact & Partnership Development Manager:
Cultivating strong partnerships with businesses, academics, and industry experts to enhance workplace culture and policies through collaboration and tailored 1:1 support.
Workforce and Skills Strategy Development:
Seconded part-time for three months to develop a comprehensive Workforce and Skills Strategy, involving leading focus groups from industry sectors, data analysis, and report writing.
Additional roles: Mental Health First Aider; Colleague Mental Health Champion; University Wellbeing Network committee member; member of working group developing the University’s Mental Health Charter application.
