With over a decade of experience in elite sport, I bring a unique perspective to workplace wellbeing, combining the rigor and resilience of high-performance environments with a compassionate approach to all aspects of health.
As the Workplace Wellbeing Program Lead at Healthy Workplaces Gloucestershire, I manage the Healthy Workplace Award Program, working closely with clients from all industry sectors to guide them to successfully achieve workplace accreditation. Using my knowledge and experience to help them create a healthy environment for their employees to work, and ultimately increasing overall productivity.
I also have the responsibility of project managing the organization of the Healthy Workplace Award evening, where clients who have successfully achieved their accreditation come together to accept their awards, network, and share best practices. I integrate our program with the broader healthy lifestyle service offering(s), using workplaces as a platform to provide county residents with lifestyle support aimed at enhancing public health, creating a healthier society and addressing health inequalities.
My role involves managing and creating continual improvement initiatives, engaging with diverse stakeholders to ensure our program remains comprehensive and effective, and delivering the highest standards of workplace wellbeing support to clients.
I also undertake the responsibility as internal Employee Wellbeing Representative and Health & Safety Lead for the Gloucestershire service within ABL health.
