Social Worker within Birmingham, United Kingdom, looking to expand my practice and venture out to a Social Work career in Toronto, Canada. I have over 5 years' experience as a Social Worker within Adult Social Services and enjoy my occupation very much. I value the services and support provided to vulnerable adults within my field of work in order to make a difference to their lives.
I have over five years’ experience of working to the highest standards within Adult Social Services, exhibiting an established track record of ensuring assessments and interventions are delivered to the highest quality. These are delivered within set timescales by effectively organising, managing and utilising all resources. I can manage complex and challenging cases within a busy, fast paced safeguarding team, where the high standards are routinely demanded.
I can work proactively to develop and maintain good relationships with colleagues, service users and other professionals. Although confident and self-assured, I am committed to learning and believe there is always room for improvement upon reflection of practice. In addition, I am a strong team player who is motivated to meet and exceed demanding targets and timescales.
