I have been cooking since I was 12 years old and got my very first job on a family friends burger van on the local market and ended up traveling the country doing all kinds of events and all different kinds of food to suit. Have always enjoyed cooking and putting a smile on people's faces through food. Have worked in several different types of kitchens and all different roles and still love what I do
