About

I help complex organisations work better for the people inside them. With more than twenty years of experience across technology, telecoms, healthcare and services, I bring together strategy, operating-model design and behavioural insight to connect people, process and technology, with a growing focus on what AI and automation mean for both. I work closely with CEOs and senior leadership teams as an execution partner: translating priorities into action, improving the pace and quality of decisions, and making sure things actually get done.
