My journey with Rica Cold Meats (Pty) Ltd began in 1997, when I joined as the Production Manager. Over this period, I worked my way up to become a shareholder and held the position of Managing/Production Director.

General Manager overseeing and responsible for site, staff count of 325 employees and all operations at Polokwane plant. Responsible for relocating 3 x Processed Meat Plants from Gauteng to Polokwane Limpopo Province.

• Oversee processing of 800 – 1000 ton per month including Pig Deboning, Bacon, Polony, Smoked Sausages, Vienna Sausages, Extended Hams, Whole Muscle Hams, Cold Meat Loaves, Salami, Sliced Cold Meats
