I am a broadly experienced strategic project, programme lead, consultant and operational delivery specialist; experienced in driving and delivering an extensive range of multi-channel and cross functional projects simultaneously both in the UK and internationally. Having worked within Whitbread, Costa Coffee and Costa Express for the greatest part of my career, my involvement in many key projects enabled exponential business growth. Currently working with Deloitte on delivering an audit and assurance transformation initiative for large and complex Clients.
Currently delivering ESG across North and South Europe and MENA regions as the sector grows. Prior to this, delivering large and complex audits delivery programs for the likes of Deloitte’s largest clients including BAE Systems, Tesco, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Nokia.
Costa provided working with large internal and external teams, contractors, franchise partners and stakeholders to deliver full life cycle projects with overall accountability for deliverables, budgets and teams.
Experience in delivering new international markets from concept, design, financial reporting, manufacture and build for a UK retailer as well as delivering and implementing total market concept, solution and launch for international markets including relocation to Malaysia to lead the brand roll-out.
