- Key responsibilities include being the point of contact for sales enquiries and a trusted product expert acting as the front of line of the business and working with limited supervision.
- Using my product knowledge and sales skills I would encourage guests to book, recognising opportunities at every point of contact to maximise the guest’s cruise experience through upselling the purchase of the cruise holiday products and ancillaries.

Responsible for;
- Organising walks and appropriate exercise for over 100 dogs
- Ensuring dogs are always cared for in a safe and secure environment
- Taking pets to and from medical appointments for clients unable to travel
- Supporting vulnerable clients throughout the Covid crisis, offering essential exercise to animals, plus additional support to NHS staff
- Pet sitting (dogs and cats, and other pets) including housesitting services
- Completing all contractual and insurance paperwork for regulators and clients
- Completing all required financial reports and tax submissions
- Behavioural support to clients – ensuring dogs were appropriately ‘paired’ for socialisation,
plus, lead training, recall and general behaviour assessments.

Part Time sales assistant – Gorgeous Gowns Bridal Shop (Romsey)
Responsible for;
- Booking appointments with new and existing customers, ensuring that appropriate expert staff were available and sufficient time was allowed for each appointment.
- Assisting brides trying on different gowns/accessories, assisting, guiding, and encouraging.
- Ensuring all adjustments and fitting/alteration requirements were accurately documented and passed to the seamstress.
- Assisting young women with selecting dresses for proms and special events, and ensuring their selections were properly altered.
- Supporting bridal parties, including mothers and bridesmaids, to help them choose appropriate outfits and accessories.
- Recording all sales, including deposits and interim payments.
- Ordering stock to ensure sufficient and seasonal supplies were available.
- Designing and implementing window displays to attract new customers.
- Steaming dresses and veils in preparation for collection.
- Cleaning the store to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all customers and staff.
- Also worked in the same shop for 2 months in early 2016 to help new owners get set up.
