- I started in this role as a Kirchen Assistant: washing up, cleaning and assistant chefs with anything required to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen
- Through my hard work and determination, including my passion for the trade, I was then promoted to Commie Chef
- I made all starters and desserts whilst running my own section
- Through multitasking, preparation, team work and adapting to a fast paced environment I was fully successful in my role
- I also took on ordering and stock take with in the kitchen to ensure we always had a well-stocked, date checked and compliant kitchen.
Commis/Pizza Chef - Titchborne Arms
- Made a large range of starters and desserts daily from scratch up to plating at the pass, in a very fast paced kitchen with a regularly changing seasonal menu
- Maintained and monitored correct stock levels across the kitchen to ensure all items were freshly available for service

- During my time here I also took on the role of Pizza Chef, from preparing pizza dough, sauces, and toppings
