Sales support executive
Within this role my main duties involve:
- Conducting scheduled calls to customers to take orders and maintain
relationships
- Maximising on product sales and identifying any opportunities or risks
- Making outbound promotional calls to existing customers
- Supporting the BDM team with their customer base
- Communicating and report all competitor market place activity to the management
team
- Attending trade shows with the key account managers to meet my account base and
maximise sales support coach
Within this role my main duties involve:
- Working in collaboration with L & D, Quality and Team Managers to identify any
areas where training needs are required
- Deliver the on-boarding road map for new employees, maximizing engagement and
coaching
- Deliver coaching workshops in small groups to up-skill on any process,
legislation or contract changes
- Assess and analyze reports and data to identify any trends, recurring issues and
opportunities for improvement
- Provide robust and timely feedback and provide support and coaching to ensure
KPI's are being adhered to
Team Leader
I was responsible for looking after a team of new starters while they are in their training. I am very passionate about people development and I feel this role allows me to use the knowledge and skills I have gained from the contact centre and previous roles to support the new starters. My main duties in the role include the following
- Identifying skill gaps and providing 121 training where required
- Supporting and motivating the team to achieve their KPI’s
- Providing new starters with constructive feedback to help them Improve
- Supporting the Contact Centre Management team with the day to day running of the
floor
- Delivering returns to works and probation reviews
