I am an outgoing enthusiastic person, kind and caring and very approachable. I am always willing to learn and complete any training required and give 100% to any task or job I am set and strive to succeed. I am a Deputy Manager of a residential home at present where I care for 21 vulnerable adults and have completed my NVQ level 3 Diploma in social care.

During my career in my job role I have gained much knowledge and many qualifications/certificates including safeguarding, equality and diversity, GDPR and handling information, medication administration any many more which are listed in my CV. I also have a intermediate level apprenticeship for the care of children and young people.

I have worked in Ashby Lodge residential home for ten years and worked my way up from a care assistant to deputy manager and would now like to take on a new career working with children which has always been my passion to progress in this field as it is a very satisfying and rewarding job role to make a positive difference in children's young lives.

I would really appreciate the opportunity to work as a early years practitioner and feel I would make a positive difference to the children I work with.

I am a deputy manager of a care home with 10 year experience, I have gained much knowledge along the way including safeguarding vulnerable adults and children, equality diversity and inclusion and much more. I have a NVQ level 3 diploma in social care which involved covering many units including signs of abuse and what to look for. I completed risk assessments and ensure good health and safety measures at all times.

I am aware of COSHH and Infection Control and great knowledge of caring for vulnerable people.
