Passionate about people and obsessed with organisational culture. Ten years agency side and six years in-house specialising in organisational development, culture change and employee engagement, following my early career in consumer media and marketing. Strategic and insight-led, my nerdy fascination with culture, behaviour change and engagement theory and practice means I live to add value and unlock measurable outcomes for leaders, teams and organisations through tapping into what drives their most important asset - their people.
I'm currently undertaking the CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management to further validate and reinforce my on-the-job experience with a formal qualification in people practices
