I am a hardworking and customer-focused individual with experience across café, hospitality, and retail environments. My roles at a high-quality farm shop, the King College London Café, and as a wedding waitress have strengthened my ability to deliver exceptional front-of-house service and maintain high standards under pressure. I am confident operating tills, managing stock rotation, and ensuring a clean, welcoming space for customers.
Having worked in both casual and formal settings, I take pride in providing professional, friendly service and contributing positively to any team environment.
I have worked in fast-paced environments such as the KCL Student Union Café and Boston Sausage (Mountains Catering, FEAST), where I delivered high-quality service, managed stock, and supported event operations. I’ve also worked as a wedding waitress, gaining valuable experience in client interaction, organisation, and problem-solving under pressure. These roles have strengthened my interpersonal skills, time management, and ability to work effectively in demanding settings.
In addition to professional commitments, I’m an active member of the King’s College London Tennis Committee, where I serve as Events Officer. I coordinate tournaments, social events, and partnerships at venues such as The Queen's Club - developing strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills. I’ve represented Lincolnshire Tennis since childhood, competing across the UK and supporting coaching sessions for junior players.
Building on this, I’ve pursued extensive legal experience through placements at Maples Solicitors, Chattertons Solicitors, Calthrops Solicitors LLP, and currently with the Afghanistan and Central Asian Association (ACAA). My responsibilities have included drafting legal documents, preparing court bundles, conducting case research, and supporting clients in housing, immigration, and family matters. I’ve also assisted with translations in Arabic, Farsi, and Pashto, and contributed to outreach and funding projects promoting access to justice.
I’m currently pursuing a BA in Sociology, Politics, and Religion with an Arabic language route at King’s College London (2024–2027). My studies combine social and political analysis with intercultural understanding and language development, providing a strong foundation for a future in international law. I also currently have a flexible schedule and only 2 days on campus.
Before university, I completed A-levels at Spalding Grammar School, achieving A in Law*, A in Business Studies, and B in Sociology, along with strong GCSE results from Spalding High School for Girls.
