I am a young enthusiastic person with strong experience and confidence in hospitality. I have worked in many different roles both in the kitchen and front of house and so feel very comfortable under pressure and within team working conditions.
The bulk of my experience has been in hospitality both in the kitchen and front of house. I have worked for small private dinners, large events and functions, as well as day to day within cafes. I have a very good understanding of how to present in a customer facing role, as well as how to prioritize in a kitchen environment. I have always had strong working relationships with other members and only continue to gain confidence and skills within this industry.
I have a first class honors in International Relations and History at Dundee University.
