• Worked in busy pub in the city centre, efficiently making drinks and providing a professional, friendly customer experience 
• Memorised over 40 different Wetherspoons menu items including daily specials and a large wine menu
• Improved ability in assessing guest demeanour and bringing intoxicated behaviour and underage drinking to the attention of managers

Gained experience in the kitchen and waiting tables

• Gained vital time management skills by multi tasking while preparing different meals
• Learnt professional presentation skills in plating and cocktail execution
• Seated dinner guests, relayed specials and served authentic British and French cuisine. 

A summer job working in fast food

• Learnt to collaborate effectively with team members in a high-pressure work environment to deliver customer orders promptly and accurately
• Picked up vital lessons in communicating with customers in a professional, friendly manner. 

A job during the winter season

• Was in charge of keeping track of stock and keeping shelves full
• Worked behind the till, improving my ability to handle customers and increasing customer satisfaction
