I started my career in hotels and have worked in hospitality ever since as the variety of the job is something I enjoy. I am hard working, always giving 100% and delver high standards of customer service.
My first job was as assistant manager in a hotel with a company and then moved around the UK where needed and developing my skills. I was promoted to relief manager working in hotels and pub restaurants. I then relocated to London to manage a pub for 12 years until being made redundant. My most recent employment was as a bar manager in the Railway Inn, Juniper Green where I enjoyed 14 years until the pub closed last month.
I completed an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management at the Queens College, Glasgow
