My role as Assistant Employment Advisor is varied. It covers recognising and respecting cultural diversity within members of the public, with different education back ground and skill levels, experience, talents and different cultural or religious beliefs. I deliver one to one and group employability training sessions, CV preparation, Interview techniques, Assistance to complete application forms. Act in a supportive role for all participants and provide advice or guidance where necessary.
