I am a hard working, enthusiastic young adult wishing to take the next step in my career development. My current role has been a fantastic learning experience as it taught me ways of working in an office environment and the value in effective team working. I have feel that communication is a core skill that I possess as well as other core skills such as, prioritization, multi-tasking and time management.
Working as a waitress as my first job taught me how to deliver a great customer experience to diners. I believe I was a core member of the team and always received good feedback from customers and my co-workers.
Being a call assistant for Thames Water has taught me many different skills and given me work experience in an office environment. Communicating with a wide variety of the public, daily, has taught me to be adaptable, to listen effectively and to not take criticism personally.
