Working at Plouise is a very face-paced environment, whilst working here I have been on the shop floor and in the warehouse.
- Served customers at the patisserie stand
- Made and served milkshakes and hot chocolates
- Took part in and organised children's activities including writing letters to Santa and making gingerbread houses
- Worked on the prize wall
- Checked all customer orders before they go onto the shop floor in a timely manner to ensure customers do not wait more than 15 minutes
- Recycled all cardboard waste and put all returned stock away
- Made up boxes for customers' online orders, ensuring products are correct and match delivery notes
- Put address labels on orders so they are ready for shipping
Front of House and Bar Staff - The Old Hall and the Papermill - Whitehough, Chinley

The Old Hall is a very popular restaurant and I worked front of house. At The Papermill I work behind the bar. Every shift was different, and I undertook various tasks as well as providing excellent customer service.
- Ensured tables were set correctly for diners using great attention to detail
- Escorted customers to their tables and took their orders
- Prepared and served drinks in a timely manner, as well as serving food
- Prepared bills and took payments
- Cleared and cleaned tables ensuring high standards of cleanliness were met for the next diners
- Served and prepared drinks behind the bar, which included cocktails, spirits, and an array of beers and ciders
- Ensured fridges behind the bar were stocked accordingly so customers had a good selection to choose from
- Ensured stock rotation
- Completed end of day jobs which included cleaning the bar, emptying and cleaning slop trays and wiping all tables
- Shut down the bar and locked up on my own
- Worked in the stock room, putting away new orders and ensuring stock rotation
Kitchen and Front of House Staff - The Swan Inn - Kettleshulme, High Peak

My original role was working in the busy kitchen, pot washing and assisting the pastry chef preparing desserts to fulfil orders. I then progressed to a front of house position.
