Has over 16 years’ experience in Incident and Defect Management. Versed in a wide range of applications, platforms and environments including Mainframe, CICS, Midrange UNIX & Oracle, SQL, Windows, Cisco and Citrix.
Hold ITIL Practitioner certificate in Service Desk & Incident Management.
Can produce technical or non-technical documentation and incident reports to suit the target audience.
Gives clear direction to direct reports, managers and stakeholders.
