I am currently a Waiter/Shift Manager at two restaurants with 5 years hospitality experience. I am passionate about delivering quality customer service and ensuring everyone (customers and colleagues alike) have the best possible experience. I have strong communication skills as well as the ability to lead a team alongside excellent time-management and organisational skills.

I have worked as a waiter and a shift manager at Pizza Express and a small independent restaurant for the last 5 years.

I have a degree in Fashion Promotion from Manchester Metropolitan University.
