I have been back to college as a mature student to improve my IT knowledge and skills by enrolling myself onto a City and Guilds 3months intensive User Entry course levels 1 - 3, which l passed.
I enjoy collecting films (on blu-ray), watching Sport on TV and watching gardening programmes also.
Furthermore I have done 18 months of volunteer work as a tele-befriender for my local community centre for the elderly. This role of helping others improved my empathy awareness and also my mental health immensely.

Twenty years at a 5* private health Club organisation working within the Gymnasium building.
Prior to that, l completed a City and Guilds Engineering Apprenticeship of Four years duration. Plus working in the engineering department after making mechanica parts for injectio moulding machine. This lasted 13 years.
I have also worked at the Maintenance department (Sales periods; Winter & Summer) at Harrods department store in Knightsbridge.
During my Secondary school years I achieved GCSE level passes in English, Maths, Geography, History, Technical drawing and Metalwork.

Btec Leisure and Recreation, Pt: 1&2.(BAWLA & Bronze medallion lifesaving certificate. )
Gymnasium levels1 and 2 in gym Instructor. Plus various courses in gym circuit classes, personal training, core stability, Boxing fitness Instructor and the BEAT eating disorder 2 day course. In addition 1st Aider course (with monthly ‘refresher sessions') in bandages and CPR [ l went onto pass the Automated Defibrillator trained course also. ]
I am a strong believer in always trying to learn more to stimulate my brain and gain new knowledge with teaching courses or ‘hands On’ training, be it in a classroom or in a work place environment.
