After training and learning in French cuisine went working abroad to Dubai where I worked in Grosvenor house, The luxury collection, I learned and grew my knowledge and skills in British Cuisine and pastry. I strengthen my skills in time management, knife skills and overall learned more about the hospitality industry which is my passion.
Studied Film in the city of Birmingham, worked in public relations and in the meantime I realised I loved cooking reason why I came back to London to go to Le Cordon Bleu where I was strongly trained and understood how demanding the kitchen jobs are.
