Contracts Reviewer / Loans Documentation / Senior Legal Associate at WealthBank (2020-01 – 2023-12)
- Takes charge of review and evaluation of Legal documents such as Lease Contract, Memorandum of Agreements, Special Agreements, Employment Contracts, Proposals and other various external and internal contracts.
- Prepares, drafts, and incharge of counter-proposing to the other party or agency whenever there are legal issues or the terms and conditions of the contracts are considered void or voidable.
- Renders Legal Opinion on matters relating to contracts and other Legal matters
- Maintains monitoring of All Contracts bank wide
- Supports and coordinates with the lending/sales department (Commercial/Consumer/Housing) for legal review and assessment of loan documents such as Notice of Loan Agreement, Loan agreement, Surety/CorporateGuarantee Agreement, Secretary's Certificate, Real and Chattel Mortgage.
- Evaluates Titles, SPA's, and other supporting documents for the Borrower's loan application.

- Reviewed and Rendered Legal opinions on claims against deceased depositor account with the bank and other Legal matters
- Accompanies HR-Officer to represent in behalf of the Bank during SENA in DOLE and in NLRC
