I possess a genuine passion for children's books, rooted in my academic background in Illustration from the University of Brighton. My career journey has instilled in me a meticulous eye for detail, exceptional proofreading skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in book production. I take pride in my ability to manage multiple tasks, support team initiatives, and facilitate effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
With a proficiency in Adobe InDesign, I am well-equipped to contribute to the success of beautiful designs. Beyond my professional pursuits, I actively engage in industry events, including the Children's Book Fair in Bologna, reflecting my unwavering dedication to fostering a love for literature among young readers.
Regarding illustration and design, I like to combine disciplines such as drawing or making books, magazines, sketching and character design.
I am very interested in the world of children’s illustration, although I can easily adapt to a more adult style of illustration. I also like to experiment with different colour schemes and textures.
Apart from my creative skills I speak four languages fluently: Spanish, Catalan, English and Italian.
