I am an HR and recruitment expert with over 20 years of international experience, specializing in the Engineering, Construction, Technology, Innovation, and Sustainability sectors. I serve a diverse client base, ranging from large international corporations to early-stage startups, offering Executive Search, recruitment, and RPO services. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Having lived and worked in Spain, Estonia (3 years), London, and Birmingham (totaling 8 years), I have enhanced my sustainability expertise through Sustainability West Midlands and advising companies to develop their roadmaps and pledges to commit and report. I'm also pursuing my MCIPD Level 7.

In addition, I volunteer with Shaw Trust to support vulnerable individuals and as a School Governor at an Academy Trust.

As a Spanish native with over 15 years of international HR recruitment experience, I have lived in Spain, Estonia for 3 years, and the UK for 8 years, collaborating globally with many and very different clients through external consultancy and RPO contracts. My expertise lies in the Engineering, Technology, Innovation, and Sustainability sectors. Beyond recruitment and team leadership, I am skilled in developing People and sales policies that align with company strategies.

I possess a Master's Degree in Law from Spain and am committed to lifelong learning. Throughout my career, I've completed various training programs, including a Master in HR 15 years ago, NEBOSH certification, and I'm currently pursuing MCIPD Level 7. Additionally, I've undertaken numerous CPD and virtual courses in HR, Sales, Wellbeing and Mental Health, Education and Procurement.
