Experienced in negotiation, consultancy agreements and managing external architects, engineers, planning consultants, ecology and sustainability consultants, financial forecasting and report writing, leading a team, cost management.

I have worked at senior and director levels in Construction, Housing Development and the Leisure Industry.

Since the financial crash 2010, I have worked as a consultant and under short term contracts for both major PLC’s developers, this has enabled me to gain a great deal of experience in Sustainability Standards, Civil Engineer matters, from poor engineering design of sewers and levels to resolving complex problems in the regeneration of contaminated land.

My experience in regeneration projects with major infrastructure requirements has involved obtaining Technical approval of S278, S104 and S38 Agreements, particularly in acquiring approval of pre-commencement planning obligations, establishing a development team, and delivering projects to financial targets.
