I have 18 years experience in process improvement and quality assurance across a wide range of manufacturing industries. I have a real passion for improvement and how people and culture form a key role in the success of any improvements.
I have recently completed a long term goal of mine by completing my lean six sigma black belt. This was the result of a lot of dedication and hard work demonstrating the skills required and I achieved a distinction which was an incredibly proud moment.
