Design visits – a pre survey visit to discuss products and ensure the client understands how the range of systems work and any preinstallation work that may need to be carried out prior to the fit e.g., cabling, blindspace boxes, transformers, receivers and smart home hubs.
Survey visits – accurate measurements taken for the windows and discussions regarding best solution to dress the window e.g., fabrics, motors, hardware colours etc.
Complete detailed drawings for each shaped blind which is sent to the factory to produce a CAD drawing.
Installation of blinds once made, sometime requiring high access equipment.
Basic wiring of electrical blinds, programming, setting limits and adding to smart home hub systems.
Demonstration of final produce to the customer and address any questions.
Complete fitter reports at the end of each project and flagging up any issues there may have been.
Experience in working with Somfy, Louvalite, Hunter Douglas, Trufit, Velux Solar products.
