I'm a highly experienced hands-on Recruiter / Account Director with experience of managing and growing large, volume client accounts. Able to develop strong relationships with senior stakeholders and to influence, advise and support their end to end recruitment cycle.
Particular expertise in devising talent strategies, building and implementing process through data driven evaluation.
I have over 25 years of experience within recruitment account management working with large global complex organisations within energy and banking supplying both technical and operational contingency workers and permanent staffing. I've managed small teams always delivering on large volume accounts to agreed SLAs and KPIs, working closely with MSP's and directly with hiring stakeholders. Recently I've been responsible for mapping out and expanding key client accounts, to identify areas of growth and to increase revenue.
No recruitment qualifications although I have gained over 25 years of experience working within the recruitment industry.
