Mayuri Rajesh

My name is Mayuri Rajesh and I am currently working at Doubletree by Hilton, Harrogate. I have been dedicatedly working in the Hospitality industry in various departments for over a decade which has taught me to expertise in providing outstanding customer service in the Hospitality industry. My experience has skilled me in managing front desk operations, handling back office, handling operations, sales, training staff, and resolving guest issues efficiently.

My desire to advance in the industry following the completion of my Master's degree from Leeds Beckett University led me to apply to your esteemed company. Looking forward to becoming a part of your team!

I started my journey in the Hospitality business from 2010 as a trainee at Tamarind tours, India. Turning point in my currier started when I joined Club Méditerranée ( Indian & Japan ). In this holiday resort company I have worked as a sales support staff as well as a front desk agent.

In 2018, I returned back to India and I started working at Humminngbird Hospitality as a Sales & Reservations Support Co Ordinator. Thereafter, I planned to study ahead and completed my Masters in International Hospitality from Leeds Beckett University, UK along with working at Doubletree by Hilton.

After the completion of graduation degree in single majors Philosophy, I pursed a post graduate diploma in Travel & Tourism in 2010. I even hold a Advance Certificate in Human Resource Management. I recently passed my Masters degree in 2024 in International Hospitality.
