I have now completed my apprenticeship and I am looking for work either in retail or administration. I am a team player but work just as well on my own and I am also very reliable.
For the past year I have had an apprenticeship as a IT technical support in Northumberland County Council. In my time working there I have been 1st line for all users throughout the council. I was the first person that users would talk to and solve any issues they had. I have dealt with a wide range of buildings throughout the council; such as hospitals, police stations, schools and fire stations.
I studied at Bede Academy Blyth until 2020. I have archived 7 GCSE's including Maths and English.
At the end of 2020 I started studying at Tyne Met College where I studied Advanced Manufacturing. I came out of this course with a Diploma.
