I am currently a well-established HR Advisor providing ER advice, HR strategic advice and business improvement solutions to the our Senior Management Team and COO. In addition, I am responsible for the HR Assistant who reports to me and I have thoroughly enjoyed the managerial aspect and responsibility that accompanies this. My current position has cultivated my skill set and expertise into that of a HR Manager/Business Partner given the diverse nature of employee relations issues and projects I have dealt with and/or led on, hence why I am looking to take the next step and progress my career.
Educated to degree level - L.L.B Bachelor of Law.
