I am a highly experienced CDM specialist in the design and implementation of large complex construction projects. A specialist within the house building and construction industry with a record of success in various sectors within the construction industry including renovation, timber frame house building, traditional house building, installation of secured communications networks and major deep drainage remediations.
I can demonstrate my skills from previous projects and providing CDM, health and safety compliancy services. He has experience in delivering the role of Principal Designer and CDM Adviser under the CDM 2015 Regulations. He has the skills knowledge and experience in design and construction health and safety risk management, including identifying and compiling the Design Risk Process and undertaking Health and Safety site audits, whilst providing accurate advice to the client
I bring additional skills and experience which was developed during his military career. This included the implementation of secured networks within a NATO Headquarters’, the training of senior Officers ready for operational deployments, and the movement of troops and their equipment from several countries to operational theatres.

Providing PD/CDM and Health and Safety guidance and support on the development of residential units, consisting of HA, affordable and private housing. The project is to provide 1250 residential units over 8 phases, commercial spaces and school set on a disused opencast mine and associated works.
