Senior Talent Acquisition Leader responsible for strategy and delivery of Talent Solutions across IBM Consulting EMEA. Leads a team of 10+ Talent Acquisition Professionals, and 30+ (matrix management) accountable for all aspects of strategy talent delivery, and attraction.
Builds, and leads teams based on trust, shared responsibility, partnership, and transparency. Creates professional relationships at all levels across multiple business units, cultures/countries. Strong personal and professional brand across business and adjacent functions, including Talent Marketing/Branding, Work Force Management, C&B, HR, and Operations.

TA strategy development, planning, and execution.

Recruit structure lead and manage TA and Support teams across EMEA.

Design develop and implement internal/external TA delivery processes, inc. agencies, RPO, and offshore resourcing teams.

Leadership, coaching, mentoring, and skills/capability development (certified coach)

Stakeholder, relationship management across IBM Business, HR, Ops.

International project experience, reorganisations, employee mobility & re/deployment.
•
