I have 17yrs in telecommunications industry from managing installations/ Fibre builds to civils. I looked after 26 installations engineers on the virginmedia contract as well as 4 civils contractors. I've project and deployment managed contracts to civils supervisory on cityfibre, airband, trooli, F&W, virginmedia, gigaclear and Openreach networks.
Experienced in performance managing and coaching and kpi's, Auditing of installation engineers as well as subcontractors. Self motivated and leadership.
