I've worked in kitchen for 13 years and my roles included : cooking Syrian dishes, Italian dishes, Mexican dishes and English dishes. Maintaining the kitchen and the restaurant, deep cleaning, setting up the customer seating and packing away, ordering more inventory and opening and closing the restaurant at times. 

Work in hospitality for 13 years I perfected my communication skills, working in a high stress environment and working as a team, after 13 years I've found that I would like to change my career and experience new challenges.

I decided my next career choice would be more enjoyable allow me to work at my own pace.
