Responsible for incoming quality for all products shipped to JCB. NPI lead Quality Inspector for new products. Responsible for identification and containment of incoming quality defects. Other responsibilities include cover and support for my manager in his absence.

Ensuring incoming products comply to JCB standards using drawings, CAD files and other resources. Liaising with external suppliers to ensure products are made to specification. Training apprentices to become competent in quality inspections as well as help them understand quality principles
