About
I am a Management consultant and hands-on builder. I spent three years working across Amazon and PwC diagnosing operational inefficiency and shipping the fix. Most recently I designed, built and launched an AI-powered web application solo, integrating Claude API and Fashn.AI, end to end.
Experience
Founder at missmodysty.com (2026 – Present)
AI-powered modest fashion discovery platform serving the UK's underserved £multi-billion modest fashion market
- Conceived, built and launched the platform solo in under three weeks. Owning product strategy, engineering, design, brand, partnerships and compliance end to end.
- Engineered a bespoke React/Vite/Tailwind application with serverless architecture (Netlify Functions), choosing a fully custom build over off-the-shelf tooling to control the product experience and unit economics.
- Designed an AI styling assistant (Anthropic Claude API) constrained to recommend exclusively from a live, monetised product catalogue, converting conversational styling advice directly into attributable affiliate revenue — alongside an AI virtual try-on (FASHN.ai).
- Established the commercial layer pre-launch: affiliate partnerships, GA4 event analytics, and GDPR-compliant consent infrastructure (Google Consent Mode v2) gating all tracking.
- Built a content-led acquisition engine SEO-structured editorial and Pinterest distribution to drive organic traffic at zero acquisition cost.
Management Consultant at PwC (2023-03 – 2025-10)
- Business Development: Actively supported business development opportunities through preparation and delivery of pitch presentations and workshop materials.
- Go-To-Market: Devised and launched the go-to-market strategies of internal PwC software products and digital tools as value offerings to current and prospective clients. Worked directly with Partners from problem definition through to pitch delivery.
- Process Transformation (Automation): Led end-to-end delivery of the Data & Technology work stream for a Workforce Planning engagement. Scoped the problem (unclean, fragmented data), designed the solution architecture and built the automation tools (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) that gave operational leadership real-time KPI visibility removing the necessity of manual reporting.
- Project Management (PMO Lead): Built and owned the full PMO function on a Finance Transformation engagement. Designed project tracking systems, standardised reporting across workstreams, and improved resource allocation and risk management processes with minimal oversight.
- Data Quality & Standardisation: Identified and took ownership of a critical data quality problem affecting the CTO's ability to manage internal business performance. Independently scoped the issue, standardised data formats across teams, consolidated offshore reporting and built new procedures that gave senior leadership clean visibility over pipeline, resourcing, and sales targets for the first time.
- SAP - Enabled Finance Transformation: Redesigned delivery workflow for the deployment of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA global finance transformation programme reducing deployment time by 15% through the development of financial models and performance tracking tools using Excel and Power BI to improve real-time visibility of cross-border financial flows.
- Thought Leadership: Contributed to the report published by PwC titled “Expanding Frontiers: The down-to-earth guide to investing in space” evaluating the commercial potential of investing in the UK Space sector to help private capital investors better understand the Space investment landscape.
Business Development Manager at Amazon.com, Inc (2022-02 – 2022-08)
- Drove revenue growth with Amazon’s Selling Partners to improve sales across the Amazon Marketplace through identification of new target categories and spend segments by developing and maintaining strong relationships with Selling Partners.
- Used SQL to retrieve data from customer service logs, seller performance logs and order history to perform deep dive sales analyses to identify customer segmentations and to implement marketing strategies on the Amazon marketplace.
- Performed customer segmentation and analysed purchasing behaviour (e.g. frequency, product categories, average order value) to tailor marketing campaigns using Amazon Ads and product recommendations to specific groups.
- Tracked KPIs such as order defect rate, negative feedback rate and seller response time to monitor trends, understand customer pain points and leading indicators of improvement or decline.
